How delivery works

1. Request

Send the business details by email. City Clover confirms fit, sends the Scope of Work and Data Safety Acknowledgment, and sends the deposit link only after written confirmation.

2. Configure

After the 50% deposit and completed intake, City Clover configures the private workspace.

3. Deliver

Final payment is completed before handoff. The client receives the system, backup, Quick Start, and support window.

Frequently asked questions

Does PyME-EASY replace QuickBooks?

No. QuickBooks or another accounting system remains the formal accounting system. PyME-EASY adds the operational control layer.

Is this a monthly SaaS subscription?

No. The current offer is a one-time private implementation for one authorized business.

Where is the data stored?

The current private release stores data in the authorized browser. Regular backup exports are required and are included in the handoff process.

How long does setup take?

The target is 5–7 business days after payment and a complete intake, depending on data quality and responsiveness.

What happens after delivery?

The package includes 14 calendar days of limited support by email and one minor revision round.

Can City Clover customize everything?

No. This is a defined productized implementation. Requests outside the stated scope require a separate quote.
