Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of City Clover, LLC's ("City Clover") website, products, services, and implementations. By purchasing, subscribing to, or using a City Clover product or service, you agree to these Terms and any product-specific scope presented at checkout, in a proposal, or during onboarding.

Products and Services

City Clover provides focused digital solutions that may include custom website services, hosted software products, organizational tools, and private business-control implementations. Features, deliverables, price, timeline, hosting, subscription terms, and support are defined by the applicable product page, checkout, proposal, intake, or written scope.

Website Hosting and Renewals

When a website product includes an initial hosting period, the included period and any renewal price will be disclosed in the applicable product scope. For One Clean Business Link and Business Foundation Complete, City Clover contacts the client by email before the stated annual hosting renewal. The hosting renewal is not charged automatically.

Website Scope, Revisions, and Future Changes

A website purchase covers the defined initial project scope and the revision allowance stated for that product. After final delivery, later photo, text, service, contact, section, design, integration, or feature changes are separate work and may require separate approval and pricing. A hosting renewal does not include content edits or ongoing maintenance labor unless City Clover expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Domains and Business Email

A domain and website hosting are separate services. Unless a written order states otherwise, a client-owned domain is purchased, owned, and renewed by the client, who keeps account credentials private; City Clover may use delegated access when needed to connect the website. Standard website products do not include creation or configuration of a new business email mailbox. City Clover uses the client-provided email and contact information authorized for the project.

Product Availability

Products marked coming soon, in validation, pilot-only, or private implementation are not generally available until City Clover expressly makes them available.

Recurring Services and Subscriptions

When a product includes recurring charges, the amount and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until canceled under the applicable process. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges except where required by law or expressly stated.

No Guarantee of Results

City Clover does not guarantee sales, revenue, leads, inquiries, website traffic, search rankings, savings, growth, or any other specific outcome.

Not Professional Advice

City Clover does not provide legal, tax, accounting, bookkeeping, investment, or financial advisory services. Organizational and business-money tools are for operational organization and awareness only and are not substitutes for professional advice, accounting software, or official books and records unless expressly stated otherwise.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for information accuracy and legality, required permissions, independent records and backups where needed, protection of credentials and devices, and lawful use of our products.

Acceptable Use

You may not use City Clover products for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity or to interfere with system security. City Clover may refuse, suspend, restrict, or discontinue service when reasonably necessary.

Intellectual Property and License

City Clover retains ownership of underlying templates, software, design systems, methods, documentation, workflows, and reusable components. Your rights are limited to the license or usage rights provided with the applicable product.

Third-Party Services

City Clover may rely on external providers for payments, forms, hosting, domains, email, databases, and infrastructure. Their availability and policies are outside our control.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, maintain, or change products. Hosted products may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, provider outages, security events, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, City Clover will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid to City Clover for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the applicable transaction or service period.

No Warranties

Products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law, except for warranties expressly stated in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Florida law, without affecting mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes

We may update these Terms as our products evolve. Product-specific terms may supplement or modify these Terms for that product.
