Frequently asked questions
When does a website project timeline start?
The production timeline starts after City Clover receives and accepts the required information, permissions, and usable media for that website product.
What information does City Clover use to build a website?
We work from business facts, contact information, links, and media you provide or authorize. We organize and present that information professionally; we do not invent business claims.
Do website prices include future edits or maintenance?
No. Each website product includes its stated initial revision allowance. After final delivery, future photo, text, service, contact, section, design, or feature changes are separate work quoted based on the request.
What is the difference between a domain and hosting?
A domain is the website address, such as examplebusiness.com. Hosting is the service that keeps the website online. If you use your own domain, you own and renew it. City Clover contacts website clients by email before a managed-hosting renewal; it is not charged automatically.
Does City Clover create a new business email account?
No. Standard website products use the email and contact information the client already has and provides. Owning a domain does not automatically include an email mailbox.
How are payments handled?
Online payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Product pages show the applicable price, billing structure, and next step before purchase.
City Clover business tools are organizational tools and do not provide accounting, bookkeeping, tax, legal, or financial advice. Small Business Money Organizer records information manually and does not move money.
