Managed hosting
First-year managed hosting is included. Standard renewal is $197/year. City Clover contacts you by email before renewal; it is not charged automatically. Hosting keeps the approved site online; it does not include future content edits.
Timeline
The applicable first-preview timeline begins only after City Clover receives and accepts the required information, permissions, and usable media and confirms the order is ready for production.

Domain and hosting
A custom domain and hosting are separate. If you use a client-owned domain, you purchase, own, and renew it and keep your password private. City Clover may use delegated access to connect the approved site.
Business email
City Clover does not create or configure a new professional email account or mailbox as part of the standard BFC website. We use the email and contact information you provide.
Future changes
The included revision round applies to the initial project. After final delivery, future photo, text, service, contact, section, design, integration, or feature changes are separate work quoted based on the request.
Your information and media
You provide or authorize the business facts, contact details, links, logo, video, and photos. City Clover organizes and presents them professionally but does not invent business claims.

Use this exact Order ID in the intake form. City Clover reconciles it with Stripe payment evidence before production begins.

What is not included in the $1,250 project price?
Unlimited revisions, ongoing content maintenance, future changes, new professional email accounts, domain purchase or renewal, and work outside the current BFC scope are not included unless a written City Clover order says otherwise.
What happens after I pay?
Complete the intake form using the same Order ID. City Clover reconciles payment and intake identity before authorizing production, then sends the private order-specific media-upload instructions.
Can I request changes after launch?
Yes, but post-delivery changes are separate work. City Clover reviews the request and provides separate pricing based on the work required.
Does the domain include a business email mailbox?
No. Domain registration, website hosting, and email service are separate. City Clover uses the email address you provide and does not create a new mailbox in the standard BFC package.
