Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

City Clover, LLC ("City Clover," "we," "our," or "us") provides digital services and business tools for small businesses. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we may collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information We May Collect

  • Names, business names, email addresses, and contact information you provide.
  • Business information and materials submitted for a website or implementation, including logos, images, descriptions, links, and operating details.
  • Information you enter into a City Clover business tool, such as business-money records, receipt information, tasks, jobs, follow-ups, or other operational records, when a product is designed to process that information.
  • Communications sent by email or through intake and support forms.
  • Transaction and subscription information needed to administer a purchase. Payment card details are processed by our payment processor and are not stored directly by City Clover.

How We Use Information

We may use information to provide and support a product or service, process transactions, communicate about an account or project, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.

City Clover does not sell personal information for money and does not currently use the public City Clover website for behavioral advertising or retargeting.

Third-Party Service Providers

We may use payment processors, form providers, hosting providers, database or infrastructure providers, email providers, and Google-hosted web fonts. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy practices. Examples currently used or planned include Stripe, Google services, Cloudflare, and Supabase.

Browser Storage and Cookies

The public website uses browser localStorage to remember language preference and may temporarily store a Business Foundation Complete Order ID with timestamps to preserve checkout continuity and prevent a completed order reference from being reused for a later order. This storage is not used for advertising or behavioral tracking. We do not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral analytics scripts on the public site. If tracking practices change, this policy will be updated and legally required notices or choices will be provided.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by product and information type.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to our services. No website, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices and Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements. We may need to verify your identity.

Children

City Clover products and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our products, technology, or legal obligations change. The date at the top indicates the latest revision.
