Hosting
First-year managed hosting is included. Standard renewal is $97/year. City Clover contacts you by email before renewal; it is not charged automatically. Hosting keeps the approved site online; it does not include future content edits.

A domain is the website address; hosting keeps the site online. If you use your own domain, you own and renew it. Domain purchase or renewal is separate from the $97/year managed-hosting renewal unless your written order states otherwise.
Business email
City Clover does not create a new email account or mailbox with this website. We use the email and contact information you already have and provide.
Future changes
The included revision round applies to the initial project. After final delivery, future photo, text, service, contact, section, design, or feature changes are separate work quoted based on the request.
Your information
You provide or authorize the business facts, contact details, links, and media. City Clover organizes and presents them professionally but does not invent business claims.

What is not included?
Unlimited revisions, ongoing content maintenance, future changes, new email accounts, and work outside the one-page product scope are not included in the $397 project price.
Do I need to write the website myself?
You provide accurate business information and approved media. City Clover organizes that information into the website and does not invent business facts or claims.
What happens after launch if I need changes?
Send the requested change to City Clover. Post-delivery changes are reviewed and quoted separately based on the work requested.
Does my domain include email?
No. A domain and an email mailbox are separate services. City Clover does not create a new business email account as part of the standard website package.
